Friday Night
6:00pm to 9:00 pm
Your journey begins with a warm and welcoming meet & greet, where we come together in a space of openness and magic. Once we’re acquainted, we’ll step into a soul-cleaning experience, starting with a sound bath and powerful drum wash to clear away stagnant energy, followed by a sage release to invite clarity, intention and renewal.
As the night unfolds, we’ll celebrate with craft beer/rose wine and non-alcoholic bubbles, indulging in a beautifully crafted charcuterie board – a feast for the senses and the soul.
This is more than an evening together – it’s a sacred moment of release, connection, and celebration. Let the magic begin!

We will journey into the sacred practices of grounding, protection, and healing, reconnecting with our inner strength and divine energy.

Lunch Break – We will provide a delicious lunch for you both!

We will explore the power of energy and chakras, immerse in guided meditations, and embark on a transformative crystal sound bowl journey to elevate the soul.
Saturday Night is yours to enjoy exploring Canmore and all the beauty and hospitality it has to offer. If you are staying at Everwild, this is your opportunity to experience and relax at the Nordic Spa.

Immerse yourself in a soul-stirring meditation experience, where the vibrations of a crystal sound bowl journey will guide you into deep relaxation, followed by a powerful group past life regression, unlocking ancient wisdom and profound self-discovery.

As our soulful weekend comes to a close, you’ll have healed physically, emotionally and spiritually. Taking all that you have learned and experienced and incorporate into your every day life. We will spend some time learning about manifesting and how energy and manifesting go hand in hand.

With hearts full and spirits renewed, we embrace this bittersweet farewell , carrying the magic of this soulful weekend with us wherever we go.
