Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change! Because our retreat is an intimate experience with limited spaces, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.

• $500 Non-Refundable Deposit: Your deposit is non-refundable.
• On or before January 24, 2027: Receive an 80% refund of payments made, excluding your $500 deposit.
• On or after January 25, 2027: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided.

If you need to cancel, we will do our very best to fill your spot. If we’re successful and receive full payment from another attendee, we will happily refund everything you’ve paid, minus your $500 non-refundable deposit.

While we cannot guarantee your spot will be filled, please know we will genuinely try!
